GBA Strongman, founded in 2020, is now the leading coaching service in the country.

 

In a short time, we've built a reputation for coaching and developing athletes from their first novice competitions to winning national and international titles, and setting and breaking national and world records.

 

We are the only coaching service in Scotland holding multiple Scottish titles in both tested and untested competition.

 

Our achievements include six athletes winning the UK & Ireland's Strongest Woman title in different weight classes and one Natural World's Strongest Woman title. All of these athletes started as complete beginners.

 

While many can coach talented individuals to victory, transforming novices into champions requires exceptional skill, determination, and service.

 

In 2023 alone, we celebrated multiple natural and untested Scottish titles, a natural UK & Ireland title, a Natural World title, and untested titles across various weight classes in Scotland's Strongest Man/Woman competitions, as well as several podium finishes.
